We require a phone call with all perspective parents to ensure we have not already blocked you for causing issues in the past, and to make sure you are of legal age to sign a binding contract. Anyone who cannot call, will be blocked and deleted. No one is going to go back and forth over messenger or text when a 5-minute phone call can answer every question you have.

This might come as a shock, but my staff and I also have other jobs and families that we have to take care of in addition to these kittens, so please respect our time that we get so little of.
